*If you are having a procedure and planning a bus route home, you must have a responsible adult accompany you home after the procedure.
There seemed to be clear communication throughout the visit. I understand my care plan and am hopeful that it will help diagnose what's not working properly in my gut. There was a slight delay getting the procedure scheduled, but it was due to an insurance issue, not a MnGI issue.
Lab techs left me bruised and we're unable to draw blood. I will not be returning to the plymouth location for labs.
I got the discharge notes to take home.
The CA's working around the clinic were all smiles and had a contagious positive energy about them while running around the clinic doing their various duties. The environment of the clinic was overall clean, positive and outstanding. I will look forward to coming back to a place where you know the employees genuinely enjoy and care about what they do.

I called to ask a question and was helped immediately.
I needed to have blood drawn - very in experienced person. Unsure of herself with equipment. I told her I was hard to draw to use small needle. She stuck me 3 times in one arm before she sued a hand vein!
