I was plugged into their system plan of care quickly!
Once I saw my provider, all went great. Wait time was only negative.
I have and will continue to recommend MNGI. I wish you used a different patient portal where test results were visible vs. waiting for a message.
Efficient and kind staff.
It is clear CULTURE of the company is one of having image of high quality! Saw from all departments. In last year referred daughter and also wife. Both had great experiences, a friend recently said something. It is clear culture goes from top management to office staff and one of best out there.
From 1st appointment, ultrasound, endoscopy, getting results and health plan was 1 week. I think that was fantastic. Very happy with everyone there.
In my health insurance restrictions on the outside provider, I was a bit worried on the test steps and the locations and the medication pick up process but all staff involved in care help process quickly that I would not expect any additional hardship to go through all prescribed tests and med pickup. I really appreciate making patients easy to follow steps and focusing on the test steps to through the ongoing medical crisis.
Staff all looked sharp and well-groomed in their MNGI apparel.
Nurse had hard time finding vein for blood draw and I asked if someone else could do it as most clinics have that one person who has no Issues with this. Original nurse was very sweet but perhaps should have asked for help before I asked for it
I was only given 1 actionable step and told to wait months before coming back which does not seem like a suitable care plan
