Too long of a wait(s) during procedure.
My unwillingness to recommend your practice doesn't come from my experience during this visit, which was fine, but from a transportation policy the provider was unable to work with me on. I tried to schedule an Upper Endoscopy as instructed by Doctor Peralta. When I was scheduling my appointment, I was informed that I'd need someone to take me to and from the appointment, as well as stay in the waiting room the entire time. I simply don't have anyone in the state of Minnesota I can ask to take time off of work to do that. I was transferred to a nurse for authorization to use a medical transport from the appointment and was thoroughly denied. I used this method of transportation for my last procedure with your clinic two years ago and there was no issue. Due to this policy, I simply cannot continue treatment with your clinic, and since your providers wouldn't work with me on that issue, I can't recommend your clinic to others.
