I was so impressed with the young man who drew my blood for lab work. I have extremely small veins and told him to use butterfly needle. He got my blood on 1st try, when many others in the past have struggled & struggled, very good egg.
The staff worked together perfectly to assist me. I will 100% recommend MDGI to anyone in need. I walked away with a great understanding of the next steps to diagnose my problem.
Only comment, how busy and hard to get a timely appointment.
Test results was wrongly sent
The whole operation of clinic is amazing! ALL staff were great. (Had a procedure too). Online portal communication was EXCELLENT & very timely Dr. Chaudhary called me himself with results of scan he ordered. (Rare these days!) I have been a medical professional myself for approximately 40 years. I honestly couldn't find one thing that needs improvement. The doctor A+++. Endoscopy staff & process A++ the patient coordinator (from online portal communication). Thank you for making a stressful time for me better with your kindness/professionalism.

I have an understanding of upcoming tests but no idea how I am supposed to care for the symptoms I am currently experiencing.
While this experience was overall good you have a lot of issues. I can call and talk to 3 different schedulers and get three different answers. There is zero follow through when I say I want to get my labs done at my MD clinic. Your online scheduling thing doesn't work. None communicates the need for MD visits, I was told I should've gotten a letter but I never did. Your portal is useless compared to other clinics portals. The only reason I haven't switched clinics is the hassle of having to setup my infusion somewhere else. The doctor was great, but I would never recommend MNGI to anyone
