I really appreciated the office's eco-friendliness. I wish I saw more medical offices do that.
Dr Rank called me and spoke with me after blood tests results were in. I appreciated that.
Trouble getting dr. order sent to CDI clinic in Wooduray - (Ear issues.) Took 4 phone calls between the 2 clinics by myself to get resolve.
You guys do good work.
I use to recommend everyone that needed GI speciality to go MNGI. I will now longer suggest to folks after my experience with a new doctor. He felt very arrogant during my appointment.
it has been one week since my appointment. I am still waiting for a return phone call from the doctor's assistant. extremely unhappy about that! office was supposed to call me to schedule a test and a future appointment. still have not heard back.
Everything went very well.
everyone connected with my visit was wonderful. They were all professional , welcoming, and caring.
very good
Overall - you guys are spectacular. I came to you because I was SO impressed with the staff at the facility near 280 when I brought my girlfriend in. One thing I did find annoying was that After I had seen Dr. Smith, the gal that called me back to schedule my colonoscopy appt. was going to ask me a battery of questions regarding my personal health stats (at my work phone). No problem with calling me at work to simply SCHEDULE the appt. But I was NOT prepared to answer all those personal Detail-y questions over the phone at Work. I was thinking, "Why the hell is she going to ask me all this stuff?? It's already on my file, isn't it? So anyway, I just calmly told her I would call her back. (From home). Maybe data simply takes a long time to get from one file to another...
