I wish I could clone *Dr. Carballo & ALL my drs. would be like him. He is a gem. They don'/t make them like him any more.
Dr. Was very warm and listened well. I was confused by his statement that Acid Reflux Disorder is something that GI's don't take seriously. He said there was disagreement between ENT's and GI's over it. I am still confused about what that means.
The consultation with the doctor was scheduled for an hour, but the actual face to face time spent was 25 minutes. This seemed to be a short amount of time to justify a $70 copay.
Would have liked more explanation about preparing for upcoming procedures and/or notification of when I would receive such information,
Doctor remembered me & was very personable & friendly.
All questions about my care were answered. This is the best clinic I've ever gone to. Top notch in every way. They treat you like they would like to be treated.

Not good but GREAT
This was a wonderful appointment. I felt very listened to and cared for. All of my questions were answered. And I was given information to move forward in my care to better Heath.
Dr. Roberson exceeded my expectations. I was expecting a short visit since I have no symptoms, but she took time to really speak with me about my diet, long-term ramifications of taking the medications I am on, lifestyle choices, etc. This was more than I had anticipated and it truly showed great care about me as a person, not just as a patient. I really appreciated her attentiveness, thoroughness, kindness, and curiosity.
