My appointment with *Dr. Wilson was very good. I would definitely see him again.
No sense of urgency.
I needed to have blood work done and the staff gave me an excellent order form that my off-site lab found clear and concise, making the next steps a breeze. It was helpful for me to be able to have the labs done at an alternative location with no obstacles.
Dr. Parikh ordered an MRCP, and I requested the Plymouth clinic contact me, but was instead contacted by a nurse for appointments in St. Paul, Woodbury, and Maplewood, none of which are convenient for me as discussed at the appointment. Request a call from the Plymouth imaging center for scheduling.
The assistant, nurse, front desk, everyone was amazing. I have to also point out how beautiful and wonderful the scheduler was. I absolutely adore her and she just made my day. Everyone seemed to care for my health and they showed sincere concern. I really don't see this much effort in other facilities. I really appreciate the staff at this Bloomington location. Thank you so much.
