My husband, sister, daughter, and cousin all come to this clinic for care
I understood but still have needed to call again and they were gracious in answering my question.
My only comment is scheduling your scheduler canceled a previous appt. without a re-schedule I showed up for a B12 shot and they couldn't work me in or find a spot in the next 2 weeks to take it. So I missed it.
I was also impressed that the lab person came to my room and escorted me to lab, took my blood and was very personable. Unfortunately I can't remember her name.

Purchased the colonoscopy kit while in the office. Appreciated having it on hand and available so I didn't have to go the the pharmacy and hunt it up on my own. My colonoscopy appointment OTOH couldn't be scheduled until I secured a driver for my appointment. That may have caused some delay.
The nurse asking questions regarding my medical history seemed to be thorough and was very approachable, kind and caring!
There were no medical records transferred to MNGI indicated by Doctor! Was not told "after the fact" by the individual's clinic's front desk, Batina the following: When I arrived that all I needed to do was provide my ID asking for my medical records be transferred to MNGI when I was there for my appointment. Otherwise, I went thru a lot of rigmarole by the "phone scheduler" giving me ridiculous "directions" as to how to get my records transferred! I asked the scheduler "finally" to transfer me directly to MNGI and the Individual answering the phone, Batina, was very kind and helpful in assisting with how they could transfer my medical records now via the doctor.All Is well now. Thank You!
