I was told I would hear back from her about scheduling amazingly, once she spoke to the doctor. I didn't hear back for over a week, so I finally called in, & then we were able to get an order issued to do an MRI enterography. I would have preferred to get it scheduled sooner tho.

#1. Too long to get appointments 7 weeks (really!??)

Instructions for follow up were clearly explained and reviewed. I would recommend this clinic & *Dr. Kandiel.

Instructions for prep were very bad- terrible please read over carefully and make changes to be more understandable!

Dr. supposedly gave my care plan to her, but didn't give anything to me in writing.

Awesome experiences with *Dr. Takis & all staff. They have all been super prompt in replying to my concerns via portal voice mails - *Dr. Takis provided me with his personal cell # and returned my call right away.
