Very good experience with everyone.
I like having a hard copy of the visit summary without my asking
Very happy with my experience.
I still have some questions about my health and my GI problem, however, he did tell me that my fibroid needed to be removed to clear up this issue.
The doctor didn't address the concerns my wife and I had, or give us much of a future care plan based off of our questions which made us very confused for future steps. The doctor was pushy for tests that my wife and I were confused for the need of. The doctor said there wasn't information in our file for these tests having been taken even though we told him that MNGI has taken those same tests in me twice already. He didn't seem willing to look into that as he prescribed the tests anyways even though we told him we felt uncomfortable with it. We got a call the next day to schedule the appointment for testing later in the week.
The person taking blood was nice
I asked questions and she said there were no such symptoms I was asking about.
I might be doing more tests but am unsure when or why. Will likely have to call clinic to ask. I tried signing up for the patient portal but I'm not able to access it and when I informed the staff there they weren't able to help me
Great experience all around!
The staff was good. The communication in follow up was poor. Your scheduling department gave us appointments, but I didn't know until 2 days before my procedure if I was able to follow thru due to poor communication about my blood work. Also,. It took 4 individuals to get my blood drawn.
