I was informed about the test results but never diagnosed. I'm not sure what is going on. I only know that I don't have anything to worry about. I see the dietitian today and hope my questions will be answered.
After the visit we walked to scheduling to make an appt for the recommended procedure at an opening the following day; However, after reviewing the printout of the procedure instructions it showed the appt time on a different day than discussed back at the office. Not a major issue but had to call back to have the appt day fixed.

I understood the follow up plan but there was no resolution regarding a change that needed to happen in my care to prevent risks that were informed to me by my provider.Additional feedback: MNGI is observed to be disorganized and poor patient care with office visits feeling hurried, uninformative, and care complacent. I continue with MNGI because they have a monopoly on GI care but overall I am greatly dissatisfied with this clinic.
