I felt safe and very well taken care of by all the staff I was working with. I will definitely refer my friends & family to MNGI Maple Grove.
The Maple Grove facilities is well prepared and staff is superb.
Konnie mentioned I have a complex case so needed extra time to collect info from me. The food journal does not format well for parting.
It just seems like a lot of tests that aren't covered by insurance.
Rachael Anderson listened to my concerns And experiences regarding my situation. We talked about the test she thought we should do. And different things that might help my digestion.
It has been quite some time since I felt that a provider truly cared about my concerns and wanted to help me. Orina put me at ease, listened, considered my perspective carefully, and explained everything thoroughly and thoughtfully. I left feeling very reassured that I will get better and that if I don't there will be care available.
