The staff member that took my blood for labs was in training and she did a wonderful job and the person training her was great too. I tend to have uncooperative veins but they were able to get blood on the first poke.
I had a good experience with MNGI before and this time everyone was nice but what I was excepting and what I got didn't line up. It wasn't terrible service just a little disappointing.
Dr. dropped the ball & staff picked up the pieces w/great customer service.
There was some confusion by the nursing staff about the stool sample I was supposed to provide and the instructions given could have been clearer.

I do not understand why it is my responsibility to call my insurance to check if certain tests were covered by my insurance, I have never had to do this with any other health system before.
