Excellent!
Excellent! I am confident that I made the right decision to attend this clinic, and highly recommend the physician who cared for me.
The care provider listened to my concerns, asked relevant questions, and took a family history from me, which I appreciated because I have an extensive family history of GI disease. Unfortunately, my previous records I had requested did not go through, but the care provider took the time to listen to my history and concerns. I am very pleased with my experience!
Everyone together helped make sure that I understood the care plan put forth for me.
The after care summary listed out what we discussed and next steps. Very good practice!
Honestly the whole experience from scheduling to the follow up emails has been a breath of fresh air. Everyone there made it seem like the genuinely care. The doctor was sooo thorough and actually listened to everything I had to say & kept suggesting different things. It was amazing.
My experience with Ellen was excellent. She reviewed all of the history and we had a detailed conversation about next steps and care. Ellen was excellent. I felt very cared for! AND I have a plan.
I appreciated her opinion of not repeating fairly recent tests I had about two years ago.
