I understand my treatment plan and why it was given. I regret that it was given without complete information regarding my health status.
I would give all staff and provider that I saw at this visit a rating of "excellent."
My only issue has been in scheduling a follow up appointment with my doctor, we had discussed an upcoming trip and what would be the game plan to help manage my symptoms. He stressed that we would figure this out so there was a level of trust built up. When I called to schedule this appointment I was told earliest appointment would be two months and when I left a voicemail their care team I received a voicemail back from his staff stating that he had no openings and I would have to schedule with another provider. No option to be put on a list in case there was any cancellations or changes to the Doctor's schedule or recommend another Doctor or a Telehealth appointment . It felt so dismissive and I've lost that trust that I had built up with this provider and his care team. Basically call scheduling and figure it out for yourself. If the Doctor or anyone in the care team would have said we are incredibly busy right now and I will not be able to follow up with you until two months later I would have considered other providers.
Everyone was very kind, respectful & professional they couldn't of done better!

Very friendly and caring staff. Don't know their names, but the nurse & the gentleman putting IV in were great, dr. didn't talk much.
