Believe I'm in good hands
Had asked during the appointment about how I should eat in the coming days. I didn't receive a direct answer before the appointment ended so followed up later by phone with the doctor's assistant. The assistant circled back to the doctor and I received a prompt voicemail with the information I needed.

Explained things well
Dr. Hanson was great and had a plan in place. However, he is out of the office for the month of September and told me to contact Jacob, his coordinator, with any questions. I did have to call Jacob, and I never got a call back. In the meantime, I've had to go other routes to get my mom help. It would have been nice to have been able to talk over her increased symptoms with someone on her care team at MNGI and get advice from them.
The provider put an order in on one day and I had the test the next day. Scheduling easily helped me with dates and instruction changes. I was amazed and hopeful for future great care.
