*If you are having a procedure and planning a bus route home, you must have a responsible adult accompany you home after the procedure.
Dr. Hillman was very good. It was nice to see another provider to get a second opinion on my EOE diagnosis and medication.
It would be nice if MNGI and the providers would work with patients to provide more cost effective services. Rx options, endoscopy, ablation, and sedation options.
The physician was very thorough and personable.

Provider gave me good information, but made no apologies for my 20-minute wait (for a 7:40 am appt.) and made no attempt to be friendly. If I needed to follow up I would seek out someone else.
All good, perfect.
Apt took about 10 minutes, the doctor and pa asked the same questions, it felt like there wasn't a lot of communication between them either. I did not feel very heard and was hoping to get a more plan of action for moving forward. I personally feel that when I brought my concern to my primary care doctor they were more helpful even though they had no idea what they were talking about and referred me to a specialist, so I was very disappointed.
My care plan was explained exceptionally well to me!
I'm shocked that all the information about me with the nurse in the room before the PA came in is nonexistent in the portal and even list a different patient and care provider.
Always good experience. Great staff.
