One of the best office visits I have ever experienced - The group has the office visit nailed down - Excellent.
Left the clinic confident that I understood what was going to happen next (studies). Several staff made certain that I had an avenue in which I could contact them for any reason

This clinic has one of the most friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable group of staff of all the clinics I have ever been too. I actually got in a couple minutes before my appointment time and almost 9 wait time for the the PA.
So dumb.Wasted my time and money.
Everyone was cheerful, friendly, & professional! There was one question I forgot to ask the PA & so I asked the nurse, who came in at the end. She was very reassuring so I felt satisfied & calm as I left.
I understand & know my care plan.
I first met the Dr in the emergency room at St. John's and she had to do an endoscopy as I could not swallow. She did an excellent job and we were thankful for her excellent care. We are fortunate to be under her care.
WONDERFUL.
The motility clinic is the best! It's nice to have a clinic that focuses on issues - IBS etc., that are mostly women's problems.
