Our MNGI Digestive Health Clinic is located at the street level in the Northeast corner of the building. Enter using our outside entrance and not the main lobby of the building. Our Pediatric clinic is a great place to schedule an office visit or consultation for digestive concerns. The computer system was down so we didn't get any care instructions. I had to write on a piece of paper and tried to keep up the best I could.
That everyone did a good job.

Very well explained course of action and what to expect
I have seen many providers at this office and prior to yesterday. I would not have recommended this clinic just due to our bad experiences with previous providers. However, the provider we met with yesterday was very nice.
Other than the male nurse who drew my daughter's blood, everyone was highly professional.

Some instructions contradicted each other (ex.: Can't use Miralax w/Crohn's test). Also took over 2 weeks to get breath tests which we thought would arrive in a few days.
I greatly appreciate walking out of the clinic with a printed review of the appointment. I also appreciate that when I asked for 2 copies of information about the diagnosis, they were more than willing to give me 2 copies. I do feel frustrated with the pre-appointment on-line forms. At our first appointment we ended up going over everything that I had put Into the pre-appointment forms. I have also had some Issues with the on-line portal. Several times I got an email that I had a new message. When I went Into the portal It said that there had been an update to my son's Information, but I couldn't see any update. After several times I sent a message to the clinic. They passed on my questions to IT. IT said It was a glitch In the system. I now ignore those specific messages.
Would be nice if there was a faster way to obtain lactose intolerance tests instead of waiting for arrival in mail.
