Our MNGI Digestive Health Clinic is located at the street level in the Northeast corner of the building. Enter using our outside entrance and not the main lobby of the building. Our Pediatric clinic is a great place to schedule an office visit or consultation for digestive concerns. Again, the young nurse was unfriendly and unpleasant. Acted like she didn't care about my daughter's health.
The office called to schedule tests on the same day if my visit. I didn't have to wait to call them.
Good
I had lab work done and the young man who took my blood was nervous. He poked me 3 times and could not find my vein. He finally got someone else but all the places he poked me gave LARGE bruises and hurt. My brother does what he does and looked at my bruises saying that should not happen
All the staff , nurses are very good . No complaints at all .
The care plan was explained but I would have appreciated an after visit summary. I was told that my daughter should have an US and two prescriptions sent to the pharmacy. The prescriptions were not sent to the pharmacy so I called this morning to verify and they still haven't been done. Also the US orders are not in the system so my ability to start prescribed treatment and meds for my child who is miserable is not possible. The visit was great as was the staff but the follow through has been poor.
Only one little misunderstanding of when to get labs done. Medical assistant couldn't find where labs were ordered but did say she would follow up with PA after we asked.

This was our second visit. We requested a new provider from our first visit after feeling like our first provider didn't listen to us. This second provider listened much better, but made a degrading comment upon leaving the room, waited nearly a week to communicate results that had been completed for days, and never reconnected with us as concerned parents. A nurse called with results AFTER we called three times asking (they lost the xray from Children's) telling us we were "all clear" after previously concerning results. This is unsatisfactory when considering that we are working with a child and still seeing problems.
The only thing I wish was that we actually got the things we needed for the fecal exam, we live about a hour and 15 minutes away and the closest clinic to us is about 45 minutes so the drive back and forth a few times was hard
